Online Campaign Manager / Performance Marketeer

The online campaign manager is responsible in the conception and execution phase of projects for:

  • Mapping target audiences and (media) trends as input for the strategic department
  • Quantifying and qualifying offline and online behaviour, based on media, marketing, sales or other sources
  • Defining tracking metrics, proposing KPI’s and how to implement them
  • Setup of dashboards and managing the reporting
  • Setup and management of (paid) media campaigns (search, social, video, programmatic, …)
  • Monitoring performance of platforms, campaigns, media, flows, … with the aid of common industry tools for content, interaction, conversion, …
  • Proposing, setting up and executing testing and optimisation, and closing the loop based on gathered data
  • Actively contributing to workshop both internally and externally, and elaborating recommendations based on the findings

The online campaign manager delivers both input to the strategy team, as well as output for strategy, customer or project teams.

Profile, The ideal candidate:

  • Is an expert in his/her domain, with tangible knowledge and skills in terms of campaign management and performance marketing
  • Has eye for detail and works accurately, surprising us by detecting relevant and hidden insights and exploiting them to optimise the performance of campaigns
  • Has strong computer skills, constantly looking to try new tools and platforms that enter the market
  • Can structure and visualise data very well, allowing easy analysis and interpretation
  • Offers pro-active support in the collaboration with UX, content and strategy colleagues, is a real team player
  • Can present his/her work convincingly, both internally as well as externally
  • Looks for confirmation of his/her gut feel, based on data
  • Is flexible and stress-resistant
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in a similar function
